Part-Time Chef (Temporary Seasonal Contract)

We are looking for a new team to join the Greenhouse Kitchen Team within the garden centre.  We aim to provide delicious food for everyone to enjoy, in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

We are looking for an PART-TIME chef to join our small friendly team on a  full-time basis.

We operate 7 days a week, daytime service, weekend shifts apply.

Main Duties:

• Preparing & serving food to a very high standard.
• Assisting with the running of the kitchen.
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
• Providing support to other colleagues to ensure all customers receive excellent service.

Key Skills, experience and attributes:

• Previous experience as a kitchen chef is essential.
• Understanding of health & hygiene within a kitchen environment.
• Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and passion to produce consistent, high quality food and excellent service.
• A ‘Real’ team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Hard-working and professional.
